Primary Responsibility / Purpose of the Job:

Manage the activities of the operations department to fulfil the internal SLAs for IT support and maintenance and the external SLAs for Enterprise CS in production.

 

Description of Main Responsibilities

- Responsible for the Service Level Management and all maintenance and technical support contracts of Enterprise AR products.

- Comply with all contractual SLA obligations and meet the agreed KPIs.

- Resource and budget planning to comply with contractual SLA

- Negotiate and administrate support and maintenance contracts fort Enterprise AR

- Main customer interface of Enterprise AR for all systems developed by Enterprise AR in operations together with his department.

- Definition and setup of support levels for support and maintenance contracts together with PMO

- Plan and coordinate IT policy according to the IT strategy of the HQ and the needs of the Enterprise AR

 

Languages:

Command of Spanish, and Oral and Written English (business and technical) 

 

Personal Qualities: Leadership, great work capacity, initiative, motivating skills, good time management, flexibility, ability to work under pressure and to adapt to constant changes, strong character, and decision-making skills.
