- Developing and unit testing of Flash based Internet applications and games, utilizing object oriented ActionScript 3.0.
- Ensuring that best-practices are followed and that code is optimized in order to ensure that applications are operating as efficiently as possible on high traffic websites.
- Participating in the software development process from design to release.

Requirements:

- BS in Computer Science or equivalent experience/skills.
- 3+ years experience in programming Flash or ActionScript and/or Flash based games.
- Development experience with object oriented languages (C/C++/Java), HTML, CSS and XML.
- Experience with use of relational databases (MySQL, Oracle, SQL Server).
- Experience with multi-use environments and high traffic websites.
- Possibility to work from home
- Fluency in English.
- The Flash/ActionScript Developer must show prior AS3 code to be considered for the position or submit a Flash test (to be sent after initial round of interviews).
