Reporting to the System Engineer Supervisor
- Participates in technical analysis to plan, test and install the equipment, and network systems.
- Carries out installations, monitoring, maintenance and upgrades the systems.
- Executes trouble shooting assignments that involve multiple technology systems.
- Conducts systems, databases and high availability problems analysis on-site, remotely connected or by phone; open and solves issues and ensure correct operations. Stays in touch with customer from initial contact through problem resolution to ensure solution is complete.
- Train client's local support at the system basics usage and first level of trouble shooting.

System Engineer professional with more than 2 years working as system administrator with big knowledge of SQL Server. Microsoft certifications will be a plus. Intermediate English level is a must, as it will be used in a daily basis.
